Jusst Trading Payment Terms – Secure, Transparent Payment Policies

These Payment Terms apply to every purchase, booking, enrolment, subscription, invoice, token payment, instalment plan, sponsored enrolment, and other transaction made with Jusst LLP via our website, learner portals, payment links, invoices, sales team, counsellors, authorised partners, or any other approved channel.
By making a payment or authorising payment, you agree to these Payment Terms.

1. Pricing and Order Formation

All prices are subject to applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. A binding order is formed only when Jusst confirms the booking or enrolment in writing; or payment is successfully received or recorded by Jusst; or access credentials, programme confirmation, or invoice is issued by Jusst.
Jusst reserves the right to reject or cancel any order prior to confirmation where: pricing or product information was materially erroneous; fraud or misuse is suspected; payment verification fails; inventory or seat availability is exhausted; or additional compliance information is required.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

Jusst may accept one or more of the following: debit cards; credit cards; UPI; net banking; wallets; NEFT / RTGS / IMPS; payment links; subscription auto-debit mechanisms; employer or sponsor payments; EMI / pay-later / financing through approved third-party partners.
Jusst may add, remove, or restrict payment methods at any time.

3. Currency and Foreign Exchange

The default billing currency is INR unless otherwise stated. Where foreign currency payments are accepted: the final debited amount may vary based on exchange rate fluctuations; the rate applied is the rate determined by the payment processor, card network, bank, or remittance provider; and all forex conversion charges, remittance costs, correspondent bank fees, and card issuer fees are the payer’s responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise.

4. Taxes

Applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, may be charged in accordance with law. Where withholding, deduction, or reverse-charge treatment applies by law, the payer shall cooperate in good faith to provide relevant tax information or supporting records.

5. Invoices and Receipts

Invoices and receipts may be issued electronically to the email address provided at checkout or during enrolment. Requests for correction to billing name, company name, address, or GST-related details must be made within 7 days of invoice issuance, subject to legal and accounting feasibility. Jusst may refuse invoice changes where: the change would be inconsistent with payment records; legal or tax restrictions apply; or the request is materially delayed.

6. Deposit / Token Payments

Where a Token Amount / Deposit is required, it reserves a seat or position in a batch or queue. Token payment does not guarantee enrolment unless: the remaining dues are paid in time; all eligibility or documentation requirements are met; and Jusst confirms the enrolment. Refundability of Token Amounts / Deposits is governed by the Refund Policy and any programme-specific written terms.

7. Full Payment Before Access

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Jusst may withhold full or partial access to Programme content, live sessions, dashboards, certificates, mentorship, or support until the applicable dues are paid.

8. Instalments, Auto-Debit, and Default

Where Jusst permits instalment payments, subscription billing, or staged payments: the learner remains responsible for the full committed amount unless expressly stated otherwise; all instalments must be paid on or before the due dates communicated by Jusst; Jusst may suspend access, certification, assessments, support, or continuation in the Programme upon default; Jusst may charge late fees or administrative charges where disclosed in the applicable offer or invoice; and Jusst may deny transfer, certificate issuance, or continued participation until all dues are cleared.
If auto-debit payment fails, the learner remains responsible for timely payment through an alternate method.

9. Sponsored / Employer / Institutional Payments

Where a third party such as an employer, sponsor, institution, or family member is expected to pay, Jusst may continue to hold the enrolled learner jointly responsible unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Failure by the sponsor to pay does not oblige Jusst to continue access or waive dues.

10. Pricing Errors and Corrections

If a Programme is listed with an obvious pricing error, Jusst may cancel the affected order before or after payment and either: refund the amount received; or - offer the purchaser the option to proceed at the corrected price.

11. Fraud Screening and Verification

Jusst may perform reasonable fraud screening, payment verification, identity checks, eligibility checks, or documentation review before confirming an order or continuing access. Jusst may pause or reject an order where fraud, impersonation, card misuse, synthetic identities, policy abuse, or other risk indicators are reasonably suspected.

12. Chargebacks and Reversals

If a chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is initiated, Jusst may suspend or terminate access pending resolution. The payer authorises Jusst to use attendance records, access logs, invoices, checkout records, acceptance logs, communications, and other evidence in defending its position.

13. Refunds

All refunds are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy and any programme-specific terms expressly agreed in writing.

14. Changes to Payment Terms

Jusst may update these Payment Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of the transaction will ordinarily govern that transaction unless a change is required by law.
