Jusst Trading Terms of Use – Rules, Guidelines & User Responsibilities

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Jusst’s websites, landing pages, portals, learner communities, applications, class systems, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement, or that valid parental / guardian / institutional consent has been obtained where required.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.

2. Nature of Services

Jusst provides educational, informational, training, mentoring, skill-development, cohort, verification, and related services. Programme descriptions, curriculum outlines, schedules, and faculty details may evolve over time for academic, operational, quality, or business reasons.
Jusst may update, substitute, reschedule, cancel, restructure, or discontinue any Programme, feature, trainer, mentor, cohort, or service component at its discretion, subject to the Refund Policy where applicable.

3. No Guarantee of Admissions, Placements, Results, Income, or Outcomes

Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement executed by an authorised signatory of Jusst LLP, Jusst does not guarantee: admission to any institution or programme; job placement, interview conversion, or employer response; visa approval or immigration outcome; exam scores or certification results; income, salary, freelance earnings, or business results; or any specific educational, commercial, or career outcome.
Testimonials, success stories, rankings, examples, mentor statements, and sample outcomes are illustrative only and do not constitute guarantees.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: misuse the Services; share restricted content or access credentials; record, scrape, download, copy, republish, sell, or redistribute paid content except where expressly permitted; harass, abuse, threaten, defame, or impersonate others; infringe intellectual property rights; cheat, plagiarise, or misuse assessments; solicit learners, mentors, staff, or community members off-platform for competing services; upload malware, harmful code, or unlawful content; or use the Services in violation of applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, course structures, text, graphics, videos, recordings, downloads, question banks, curriculum design, dashboards, and related materials are owned by Jusst or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Except for limited personal, non-transferable use for enrolled learning purposes, no right, title, or interest is transferred to you.

6. User Content and Permissions

If you submit assignments, posts, feedback, testimonials, reviews, recordings, questions, project files, community content, or similar materials (“User Content”), you grant Jusst a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, moderate, and use such User Content for service delivery, learner support, improvement, compliance, and internal business purposes.
Where you expressly consent, Jusst may also use testimonials, reviews, results, or public feedback for promotional purposes.

7. Session Recording and Monitoring

Jusst may record classes, webinars, support interactions, mentoring sessions, verification interactions, or platform activities for quality, compliance, safety, learner access, archive, training, dispute resolution, and product improvement purposes.

8. Suspension and Termination

Jusst may suspend, limit, or terminate access to any part of the Services immediately where it reasonably believes there has been: non-payment; misuse of access; misconduct; fraud; chargeback abuse; academic dishonesty; illegal activity; or breach of these Terms or related policies.
Suspension or termination may occur without refund where permitted under the Refund Policy.

9. Third-Party Tools and Links

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as payment gateways, videoconferencing tools, LMS systems, messaging tools, analytics services, or institutional systems. Jusst is not responsible for third-party services outside its reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Jusst does not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, complete compatibility with every device or network, or that every Programme will remain unchanged.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jusst shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of opportunity, profits, income, reputation, or expected outcome.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, Jusst’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the affected user to Jusst for the specific Programme or transaction giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jusst, its partners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or unlawful conduct.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mohali, Punjab shall have jurisdiction for interim relief and enforcement, and Jusst may specify arbitration terms in programme-specific agreements or transactional documents where needed.

14. Changes to Terms

Jusst may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
